Challenge the assumption.
Surface a counterargument, test a scenario or ask what the room might be missing. Human experience decides what matters.
THE CHAIR / POWERED BY GENWA
People bring the experience. The Chair helps the room examine it, research the questions it raises and turn a useful conversation into a considered next step.
Optional AI within the House framework. Used throughout, for selected moments or left off entirely, by agreement.

WHAT IT ADDS
Surface a counterargument, test a scenario or ask what the room might be missing. Human experience decides what matters.
Compare approaches, explore evidence and identify what needs checking. Sources, uncertainty and gaps remain visible.
Draft a plan, outline a brief or prepare specifically authorised follow-up work. Members review the result before using it.
IN PRACTICE / AN ILLUSTRATION
A member is exploring a new market. Others share first-hand lessons. With agreement, The Chair compares the assumptions, identifies evidence to investigate and drafts a short research brief. The House checks the work; the member chooses what to take forward.
It can help carry out agreed tasks where the appropriate tools and permissions are available. It does not independently contact people, publish, spend or change systems.
A CLEAR SEQUENCE
Agree the question, tools and information permitted. Explore with the room. Review sources and output. Authorise any next action separately.
MEMBER CHOICE / HUMAN OVERSIGHT
Agree the scope before use. Anyone may ask to pause. A pause stops new processing within the agreed setup; it does not undo earlier processing. Off-record periods stay outside later AI use unless everyone affected gives fresh permission.
Recording is separate from using AI. Where controlled notes are agreed, the House reviews and redacts them, then every participant approves the exact write-up and audience before archive release. Raw transcripts are not the member benefit.
GenWA helps shape the controls, permissions and oversight around House AI. Before use, the House confirms the actual providers, tool access, audit arrangements and retention terms. Features depend on the agreed setup.
Read the framework and safeguards →BETWEEN GATHERINGS
WhatsApp is the selected platform for the planned moderated exchange. Members contribute experience; the House may share checked research in response to a de-identified question. There is no implied permission for a bot to read the group or for a member to forward it to their personal AI.
Ordinary WhatsApp groups expose phone numbers to fellow participants. Joining is optional and agreed separately. Sensitive material belongs in the approved private route, not the general group.
