About Quorum House

Quorum House is a trading name of Manor House Media Ltd, company number 13177621. These terms cover use of this website and submitting a membership enquiry or application. Membership services are subject to a separate joining agreement supplied before any payment or acceptance.

02

Applications and acceptance

Submitting an application is an expression of interest, not a purchase or a guarantee of admission. No membership fee is collected through this website. The founder reviews applications with BoardSeat support and makes the final acceptance decision. Please give accurate information and do not submit confidential business information in the application form.

03

Fees and joining arrangements

Published founding fees and agendas are proposed arrangements. Before joining, you will receive confirmation of included services, total charges and VAT treatment, start date, duration, renewal arrangements, payment schedule and cancellation and refund terms. Membership begins only when the final offer is accepted under that joining agreement.

04

Cancellation and consumer rights

Where consumer cancellation rights apply, these will be explained before you enter a membership contract. Any request to start services within a statutory cancellation period will be handled separately and with the required consent. Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits your statutory rights.

05

Discretion and conduct

Respect the privacy of other members. Do not disclose another person’s identity, business information or contribution without permission. Recording, transcription or publication of a private discussion requires prior agreement. Treat fellow members respectfully; commercial approaches should be invited rather than assumed.

06

BoardSeat and research

BoardSeat supports preparation, discussion and continuing research. Its output may contain errors and should be checked before action. The circle’s discussion is not a substitute for regulated legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Members remain responsible for their decisions. Information-handling and recording arrangements are agreed before participation.

07

Sponsor benefits and events

BoardSeat AI discounts, GenWA programme introductions, In Play priority access and other sponsor benefits are subject to the relevant provider’s eligibility, availability and separate terms. Rates are confirmed before purchase. Introductions do not guarantee funding, programme acceptance or event places. Optional experiences and SJM Advisory engagements are booked and priced separately.

08

Website material

Please use the website lawfully. Website copy, images and branding may not be republished commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and privacy arrangements.

09

Questions and complaints

For a question about these terms or an application, use the contact route provided with your application correspondence. We will consider concerns fairly and aim to resolve them directly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to use local courts where applicable.
