PRIVATE CIRCLES

A smaller circle.
Greater confidence.

For decisions that call for closer alignment and tighter boundaries.

01

Carefully matched.

A sub-network within Quorum House, selected around relevant experience, shared priorities and manageable conflicts. A smaller, consistent group allows the conversation to go further, while retaining access to the wider network.

02

A separate commitment.

Standard discussions follow the Chatham House Rule and House Code. Private Circles require separate approval and a signed confidentiality agreement before sensitive material is shared. The agreement defines permitted use, recipients, duration, handling and remedies.

03

Control over what travels.

Material stays within the approved group, including de-identified learning, unless expressly authorised. Recording and AI use need separate informed agreement and approved arrangements. A wider introduction never carries permission to share the underlying discussion.
