Reporting relationships, commercial interests and sensitive topics inform the pairing. If interests conflict, we can change the mentor, conversation or gathering.

Employer reporting is agreed with the participant. Private conversations, personal disclosures and questionnaire results are not shared by default.

Scope, practitioner credentials, support and fees are confirmed before joining. The Pathway is separate from the annual House Fellowship award.
