FIRESIDE NOTES / TRUST BY DESIGN

Keep the insight.Protect the confidence.

The conversation belongs to the people in the room. What enters the archive is a carefully reviewed account of the learning.

Warm timber shelving and a quiet reading space

HUMAN REVIEW / MEMBER APPROVAL

Carefully edited. Shared by agreement.

Where everyone agrees to note-taking, the House reviews the material, removes identifying and commercially sensitive detail, and circulates a redacted draft privately.

Everyone who took part approves the exact version before release. Only that approved account enters the private archive for members and Alumni, within its agreed audience.

FROM CONVERSATION TO SHARED LEARNING

Six deliberate steps.

Agree the capture.

No recording by default. The host explains the tools, access and deletion arrangements. Everyone affected agrees; anyone can ask to pause.

Use controlled tools.

Approved note-taking technology works only within the agreed scope. No personal recording apps, undisclosed bots or background capture.

Review and redact.

A person checks the write-up. Names, business identities, precise figures and revealing combinations of detail are removed or generalised.

Approve the version.

Participants review the redacted draft. Silence is not approval. Unresolved concerns keep it out of the archive.

Release the learning.

The approved account is shared only with authorised members and Alumni. Private Circle material stays within its separately agreed audience.

Delete the source.

Original recordings, raw transcripts and superseded drafts are scheduled for permanent deletion after approval, with provider and backup handling checked.

DISCRETION IS PART OF BELONGING

Trust needs more than a promise.

Clear permission. Restricted access. Human judgement. A record of approval and deletion.
